Moonlight Tea & Dessert Tasting
Tea
An intimate, two-hour tasting that honors tradition and celebrates flavor. We’ll explore six rare Chinese teas — some aged and earthy, others floral and ethereal, some toasted like golden leaves. We will travel trhough the misty Wuyi mountains of Fujian and Yunnan’s ancient tea forests to high mountain gardens of Zhejiang. Teas will be served hot, ice-cold, and even boiled — as mountain villagers once did.
Desserts
The teas will be paired with refined, story-driven desserts specially crafted just for this event.
And yes, there will be real mooncakes — handmade by our pastry chef, in the traditional style, but with a few surprises that reflect our island roots.
Art workshop
Hands-on Chinese art workshop — a quiet moment to connect with tradition through creative practice. Guests will be guided through simple yet meaningful techniques rooted in Chinese visual culture, such as calligraphy or ink brush painting.
No prior experience is needed, and all materials will be prepared for you.
